Workers Compensation Legal Assistant

We are looking for a Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team. You will be a sharp, go-getter who is eager to learn and will provide direct support to one of our dedicated attorneys in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing?

• Manage workers' compensation case files from start to finish.

• Communicate directly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.

• Prepare and organize medical evidence for hearings, depositions, and trials.

• Draft routine correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents.

• Provide dedicated, one-on-one support to a Workers' Compensation attorney.

Key Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a legal assistant; direct workers' compensation experience is preferred but not required. (We are also open to candidates with a medical claims background).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable on the phone.

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Demonstrated job stability and longevity in previous roles.

• Ability to work on-site in our Nashua, NH office 5 days a week.

Salary

$54K - $60K per year DOE
